Well I understand one player isn't a priority and all players that can't even make run well the game is a more important problem.

But I bought $200 a pet and now a week after release there's still nothing. Should I request refund at kickstarter for goods sold but not delivered?

It's humor, but I'm tired to wait my pet!

Did you type in your kick starter code?

If so, did you start a new game and then check the "specials" section of your character skills screen. It should be there.

If not, contact support.

Thank you, yes, I filled the backer form, replied to email requesting the graphic choice, entered the KS code and even tried create a new profile to force again the profile creation. And I checked the special actions tab in skills screen. And I contacted support.

Well the problem is in last point. At first I believed the pet had to be found in the game and I delayed start play the game to wait first patches. So I realized the problem very late so contacted support late. And in that context I'm just an impatient kid, as because of the context I contacted support only Friday. hehe

But I'm on starting block to play more the game and don't want spoil my fun of doing it with a pet. So I'm in the impatient kid mood, that's it.

Mmm I do hope it doesn't work just because it's the Mac version, I didn't bother try on Windows and don't want play it on Windows but if I can transfer saves it could solve my problem (or not).
