Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Josephina in the Black Ring area

I knew she would be tough from the first go around I had with her, but now nothing I do matters. I use blind, elemental hail, and try to beat her to death, but she puts up that barrier and gets me with the spikes from hell. I killed off Moriendor, Cornelius and Iona. How do I get Josephina?

Actually I did see that post, but unfortunately I ignored the curse spell thoughout the game <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />. My elemental hail and blind is at level 5 and has no effect on her. She puts up this "ball" of protection and nothing gets to her, but her hell spikes get to me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />. My freeze (at level 5) does no good either.

do you have the vampire skill? ahh life drain? i killed her with it the first time my life was going up even with spikes under my feet as hers went down, i have level 5 life leech, i kill with and i have lvl 5 resurect, raise the ones you already killed, and than theres scorpions 40 aught to do it. but i havent got there yet my self. and im a archermage. let me know.

Use a shadow potion until her Blind spell wears off, then cast Blind on her. Elemental Hail will just be slower if you do not have Curse. Do you have Hell Spikes or Deadly Disks? Physical damage can not be resisted.

I have a strong deadly disk and plenty of shadow potions. I will try that, but those spikes are awful on my feet.

I did it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />. I got that witch. So now what? I touched the lever 1 in the demon of lies place, but cannot get to lever 2. There are no doors and I did touch the lever 1. What am I doing wrong? Ok I admit, my palms were sweaty after the fight with Josephina, but I know I touched that lever 1.
