After mines destroying last portal says his paths are broken and he can't transport me to "gold within", only to "sun above" and i guess steam achievment with mirror image is about this teleportation(?). So, anyone found a way?

Talking to one of the rats in that area reveals that there is no "gold within".

So what about achievment with mirror image then?

This maybe a stupid suggestion cuz I haven't tried it, but maybe you get it by changing your looks in the mirror at the Homestead?

Probably not it though, cuz there is a description:
The mirror inside - You have solved the puzzle that we call the Mirror Dungeon puzzle.

Mirror achievment is from first location, it's about solving puzzle with mirror dungeons west from Cyceal, it requires 4 people tho. Strange but you can get achievment only having 2 and 2 in each of these dungeons.
