Is it bugged?
Tried it several times and cannot locate the location of the treasure. I am assuming its not in the mound where the Orc is when you first arrive but where he goes to after you beat him in r/s/p.
Ive looked all around him and even reloaded many times and still cant locate the mound.
Any ideas?

His brother was buried right where he indicated for me, there is no totem there, it is just across the little lake/puddle in a North-West direction.

It used to give a marker (like other burried things) but apparently they changed that... just use your shovel near the Orcs location (provided he moved to the spot) and dig up... enjoy

It might just require more perception.

I agree with Bluestone. I know I kept running into mines and dying before I realized that at lvl 2-3, I couldn't see anything. Definitely need perception.

I've returned with 9 perception and still nothing.
I don't think it needs more, they just hid it...
