I'm not sure if this is a 'bug' as such, but I extricated Mittix from his unfortunate situation using featherfall, and he acted impressed about me killing the goblins, although I had not. Then, when I triggered the dynamite, the quest log claimed that I had killed 'the imp', even though he was chilling at the end of time.
