There is presumably a dig spot that can not be dug nor otherwise interacted with in Luculla forest. Near coordinates (283,96), hidden behind a perception check.
Confirmed. It's a chest, and you can access it by nuking the mound with fire (may require some trial and error as it doesn't always work depending on where on the mound you aim). If the chest breaks, the loot will spill out and you can pick it up. Not a fix, but at least you can get to it.
(Or maybe this is a different mound, in which case try this anyway :P)
