Is it possible to modify existing characters in anyway?

I kind of messed up adding skill/trait points to my ranger and wondering if its possible to edit existing characters without messing with the save game?

use the cheat engine

I'd like to be able to modify my existing characters too.

@Baplad I think we'll have to modify our save game though, cause I don't know where else the data for an existing character would be stored.

Just be sure to make a backup
