Are there even any moderators? Almost every major discussion, no matter how innocuous, devolves into some sort of flame war and there's always at least one spam thread on the first page. Yes, this is pretty much the crux of the issue. It is not that we mean Stalli111 any disrespect, it is simply that we have all been fooled too many times and this does not have of the hallmarks of the legit offer.
