I'm pretty disappointed in some parts with this game.
I've got the Problem that my marksman uses Barrage skill. I Savescummed like 25 times now some bookshops. Im lvl 17 and completly cleared Cyseal, Hilberheim, Lucalla.

My crossbow talent is 5, which is now waste, because
you can buy super OP Tenebrium crossbows, Oh cool!
Crossbow perk doesnt count for a Tenebrium crossbow!

So i wanted to reskill @Moloch. But I lose my barrage skill which can not be rebought.

Is there any way to edit the savefiles or a 2nd not RNG generated barrage book anywhere?

the inability to buy back certain skills is a deal breaker for me too.

Solutions I think Larian should impliment:

(a) choose which aspects of the character sheet to re-roll (i.e. choose to re-roll each aspect separately, and for a cost)

(b) make rare/non vendor skill books available via scrolls so we can craft them
or
(c) make rare/non vendor skill books available via homestead vendors

I think the Tenebrium skill is poorly implemented. On the bright side, for your second playthrough, you now know don't put points in crossbow. When you get Tenebrium bows and crossbows, you can use them interchangeably too which is not a bad tradeoff (since with regular weapons you can only specialize in one or the other)
