It's something I'm wondering about as I don't want to mess up. Maybe someone can explain in detail what is allowed when having this option ticked and what isn't.
The only reason I have this is because I want combats to work. I have been told that without this dependency, I won't have the required script and since I'm not a coder, this would be tiring to do myself.

Now to something about global characters:
When creating a mod with a main mod-dependency, the two default characters are added:
Roderick and Scarlett.
Now I have been wondering if it is okay to do anything with them, edit or delete them for example. They are global characers, present in any map (I assume, that's what global means in this context as well). I just hope that if I delete them (for example), it won't have any effect on the main game. I'm not very eager to have to reinstall the game. Did someone try this?

Another question, which is less related: They are global characters. I have added a third global player character earlier (before moving my files to a mod with main mod-dependency) and I noticed that when I create a new level, I find this character on the same coordinates in the world with same rotation, as I find it in the level of origin.
If I move this character in one level, will it also be moved in the other or do they have individual starting positions in each level and it's just that I created a new one and it took over the location it previously had?

Thanks in advance!
