Specs:
Lenovo Y40 (Windows 8.1)
i7 4510U 2.0 GHz (Turbo to 2.6)
AMD R9 275M 2 GB
8 GB RAM

Even when I'm at the main menu, I get massive delay issues where actually hovering my mouse over a button will take at least 1 second. I tweaked around with settings and I'm on the lowest possible, V-sync enabled, anti-aliasing disabled, etc (can provide everything if needed). Yet for some reason, there's still a delay and when I get into game it gets worse.

Under Full-Screen Display, the game lists my Intel HD GPU rather than my AMD one. I figure this is the problem since I don't think the Intel HD 4400 (or its 4600?) can handle the game. But my AMD isn't listed in the drop-down menu.

I've tried Googling this problem but the few responses I saw did not have a solution.

Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, any crash dumps, and your saved games (if you made any).

Also experiencing this.

Started when I walked into Blackrock Cove.

Not internet related, and the game was working beautifully up to this point.

mid-2010 Macbook Pro, OSX updated
i7 processor
4GB RAM
NVidia GT 330M 512mb

Other games like XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Diabo III, etc. work fine at medium settings, but now even at 'very low' this game does not run at a level which is playable.

Hi,

Can you try the following:

Set this option :
"RenderDeferred" to 0 in the ..\Documents\Larian Studios\Original Sin\graphicSettings.lsx

To do this, find
<attribute id="MapKey" value="RenderDeferred" type="22" />
<attribute id="Type" value="0" type="5" />
<attribute id="Value" value="1" type="4" />

and change it to
<attribute id="MapKey" value="RenderDeferred" type="22" />
<attribute id="Type" value="0" type="5" />
<attribute id="Value" value="0" type="4" />

Then save the file. The only thing that changed is the 1 to 0 on the bottom line.
Then try the game again and see if it changes anything.
