Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues Can't travel out of Cyseal

My husband and I have finished the main Cyseal questline, playing multiplayer. When we click on the Cyseal-Silverglen bridge, however, nothing happens. The gear cursor spins for a second, but we don't actually travel to Luculla Forest.

The same thing happens with the Wishing Brother quest. We talk to the wishing well, agree to be teleported, he wishes us well, and...nothing.

We checked our file integrity, which is fine, and even tried deleting the Cyseal.lsb file to see if that would fix the issue, which it did not.

Any information about this issue would be great! We'd love to be able to continue playing the game!

3. What are your system specs? The one that can't change maps, which you should be able to find out by testing separately in single player.

1. Yep, we're standing together.

2. No mods.

3. I don't think system specs are the problem. We actually just backed up to a muuuch earlier savegame and were able to teleport to both Prison of the Stone King and Luculla Forest. It'd suck to lose dozens of hours of play time, though.

It seems like something must have gotten corrupted, but I can't figure out what or how.

If you still have the saves made before reloading, please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, any crash dumps, and your saved games. If file size is an issue, any saves not related to the problem can be deleted (so keep the oldest working save you have, and then the later ones where you could not leave Cyseal).

I have this exact same problem. I've just found that I when I click the bridge my game crashes to the desktop. Any / all help is appreciated.

Caelist, just wondering if you ever heard back on this issue or fixed it another way?
