Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - General Ranger Companion has negative base crit chance

I checked the stats of the ranger that I just recruited and she has base -10 critical chance. She got +2 from Perception and +7 from gear.

But because of the -10 base, the critical chance remain at 0%.

Is this normal?

There is currently an issue with henchmen after the first two you hire (5 less attribute points).

If you hire Witika first, attributes are Str 5, Dex 10, Int 5, Con 6, Spd 6, Per 8.
She has 13% Critical Chance (Perception +6, gear +7), armour 29 (gear +28, Armour Specialist +5%), Offence 100 (base 40, Dexterity +60), Defence 69 (base 44, Dexterity +25), Vitality 430 (Constitution +374, +15% on normal difficulty).

If you hire Witika third, attributes are Str 4, Dex 11, Int 5, Con 4, Spd 5, Per 6.
She has 0% Critical Chance (base -10, Perception +2, gear +7), armour 40 (base 11, gear +28, Armour Specialist +5%), Offence 106 (base 40, Dexterity +66), Defence 74 (base 44, Dexterity +30), Vitality 301 (Constitution +262, +15% on normal difficulty).
