Raze works with Larian. So in short there is maps per game, but no Rivellon world map, since they don't want to restrict design of future games.

Also, the for D:OS a cloth map has been released, and I think (=hope) the digital map will be released too.

Honestly, Divinity: Dragon Commander kind of kills the whole world of Rivellon for me, because it's an RTS/4X that just ruins all the geography I'd imagine it to be.

I would like to see where Cyseal on this map is and how big Rivelon really is

Weren't we, backers of sufficiently high digital tier level, supposed to get a digital version of this map? Starting from Messenger tier, to be exact?
