I have run into a problem where I cannot load save games *within* the game if I *start* with a recent save that I have made after casting the spell to enter the Hiberheim world.
Any saves made after entering Hiberheim seem to be corrupted in this way.
Some details:
1. Start game by loading bad post-hiberheim save: Save loads and I can play fine, but I cannot load *any* savegame (even before Hiberheim) afterwards. Also, the game does not exit cleanly. It CTD when I quit.
2. Start game by loading "good" pre-hiberheim save: Save loads fine *and* I can load any(*) savegame afterwards. Quitting does not result in a CTD.
3. Start game by loading "good"pre-hiberhiem save THEN load "bad" post-hiberheim save: I can load savegames afterwards, HOWEVER, if I load up a bad post-hiberhiem save, I then cannot load any savegames from this point forward.
So in general, the problem is that loading savegame post-hiberheim puts the game into a state where I cannot load *any* save afterwards. I have to quit Divinity:Original Sin and then reload that save to continue.
*NOTE: SAVING the game is fine regardless of what savegame I use. It's only LOADING saves.*
I am running version 1.0.67 of the game on Windows 7/64 bit.
I have attached two saves to this email. One good one made right before I cast the spell to eneter hiberheim and one bad one made after I entered hiberhiem (and had done several things).
Appreciate any help you guys can give -- including fixing the attached "bad" savegame.
BTW -- Great, great game. Can't wait to play each day.
