First: Please reduce the volume of crossbows. They make very ridiculous high pitched noises when fired. I turn my sound off everytime I see anything with one because I'm tired of them hurting my ears.
Second: Please give us a way to see what status effects on an enemy do. You can't select an enemy and highlight the buff/debuff icons on them like you can with your own characters.
