Although we can now upload mods to the Steam Workshop as of 1.0.72, it appears as though we're not able to download the mods on there. At the very least, the game isn't downloading the mod I uploaded to there (Unbreakable Lockpicks) or the other player-made mods I have seen on there.

Is there anything special we are supposed to do when uploading, or is the game simply not downloading?

There is another fundamental issue. You can push mods onto Steam Workshop, but there is no option to 'update' the entry. Compared with Democracy 3's system, for example.

It seems that the only mod that correctly downloads is the Cow Simulator. None of the other mods download even though I am subscribed to them.

Off topic but I would kill for a mod that automatically sorts and stacks inside bags.
