Haven't found a sticky thread for reporting bugs, so went on with creating my own.
I also have no idea if this has already been reported or looked into, my apologies if so.
The bug lies in being able to abuse spiritual/materialistic point gain when turning in Staff of Pergannon quest to Mayor Cecil. As soon as you choose whatever reply you prefer in the last line (to give or to keep the staff) you can then select the dialogue line to return the staff again and, upon selecting any on the final lines, keep getting materialistic/spiritual points as well as negative attitude.
