I'm honestly surprised I even have to mention this, as it seems like a such a small, obvious thing. But here it is, the game is released, we've gone from alpha to beta to gold, gone through several unofficial patches/hotfixes and the first official patch.

But the problem remains: the warp menu is a mess.

Why is the list double/triple-spaced?
Why is EVERYTHING dumped on the screen at once?

The menu really, desperately needs to be single-spaced. Like the Journal menu, each warp point should be categorized--with each region a tab. So, for example, we don't have to scroll down past every single Cyseal warp point to find a warp point in the Forest.

You might want to change the topic title to explain what the topic is about. If the title is explanatory, people might come in and agree with you... just saying smile
+ This is just a minor tweak and not a feature, big difference for devs

The End of Time should be the first Location on that list, because you will use this waypoint relatively often.
The Warp Points on the minimap could have a name attached to them.

They could also be interactive. I often find myself zapping from one portal to the next because i can't rememebr wich one was where.. -.-''

It's also hilarious unfunny when you switch languages... all the teleport points are in a different location in the list... completely got me in the 2nd stage of my playthrough.....

Yes naming the points would be GREAT!

I also find myself double-clicking the gate on the map and thinking that will automatically warp me to that spot.

I did call it a small feature. And there's a character limit for topic titles, so I had to choose what to include and what to omit.

In an upcoming patch, hovering over a waypoint icon in the minimap or journal map will display the name of said waypoint in the tooltip smile

I noticed Cyseal was still OK, there was a naming convention and most of the portal names made sense.

On maps after Cyseal though... not so much.

Ahem, actually anyone using his brain ab bit can easily find out which waypoint is meant in the list....

It's a really SMALL issue imo.

It is a small issue, but there's no reason why we should embrace obscura and poor design. The waypoints are vaguely named, poorly categorized, and the presentation is ugly. Nobody in Larian should be rushing to fix the problem, but it would be nice if it were touched up.

I would certainly and whole-heartedly welcome side tabs in warp menu (respectively referring to large regions like Cyseal, Luculla, Hiberheim, Dark Forest and End of Time of course). A few times too many did I browse throught this excruciatingly long and inaccessible list. As insignificant and trifle this may seem, such small improvement could easily increase the joy from playing tenfold imho.

Agreed. I would really like if you could simply click the waypoint icons on your map to warp there.
