Hi,

I've encountered a blocking issue in the Staff of Perganon quest. I've retrieved the staff but cannot speak with the Mayor to turn it in because I killed Victoria the Orc for another quest. All he does is refuse to speak to me while crying over her corpse (seriously...don't you think he'd want to move on and clean up her rotting corpse at some point?).

I realize this might be a simply punishment for lack of forethought on my part, but if so, I believe the quest should fail and be removed from my active quests journal. Unless, someone else knows a way around this and another way to complete the quest?

Anyway, can you start a trade with him? If so you might be able to give him enough gifts to increase his attitude towards you so you can hand him the staff.

Wouldn't the bug be the fact the quest won't fail in my journal? That's what I'm wondering, it's still active. I'll try your idea though, and see if it works!

Good idea but unfortunately didn't work.

But I *do* agree it would be nice with the ability to at least mark quests manually as failed.
