Remeber the first time you teleported to the End of Time and met the Goblin? There was an intriguing song in the background with female vocals.

At first I thought the vocalist sang gibberish (which sounded beautiful btw), but then I decided to look into it and you know what I found out?

It's Russian.

I am Russian and when i've heard this song, this sounds gibberish for me too
The voice is too quiet and pronounciation is a bit weird.
I have recognised the only word (Atra'zhayas - Reflected) before I read lyrics.
So i think it is intended

As someone used to listening to the Cocteau Twins, I'm used to indecipherable lyrics. At least these ones seem to be reasonably meaningful.
