i am getting this error whenever i tried to update my Toolkit
\\fileserver6\BuildServer\EoC\Main\Editor\bin... make sure you are logged in!
anyone care to explain to me what this means?

The toolkit automatically updates from Steam.
That specific function is for the developer themselves for their internal copies.
