How can you load those prefab goals in your story editor when you create a new module?

You can get them up if Main is your dependency, they are greyed out and you can 'copy' to your mod by right-clicking and editing them.

Those are not the pre-fab goals but the current main-campaign scripts. I believe Larian just added templates in the latest release, I haven't explored them other than a glance.

If you unpak the main.pak, you can transfer the files:
~Mods\Main\Story\RawFiles\Goals to ~Mods\yourmod\Story\RawFiles\Goals

But I suggest simply loading them into notepad++ if your mod is brand-new and not dependant on the main campaign.

No problem, remember to build your Story after you are finished with your editing/writing and want to see in it in the game! (under file at the top)
