Hello. First I would like to thank you for this great cRPG! Wish more quality rpgs like this one got released in the market!

To the point - as a second playthrough, I would really like to play with only one character all the way. It is a tradition of a kind and love to do it in pretty much every crpg I play after my full party playthrough.

Lone wolf as a concept is genius. I just wish there was one more perk that was intended for one character playthrough. For example, lone wolf plus some extra skills/level, one extra talent per 4 levels and some innate cc duration reduction passives.

For a total newbie, would it be easy to mod such a talent in the game? Is there any similar mod out there? Is anyone (or Lar) considering of getting such a thing in the game?

Isn't the challenge to break the game's defined rules though smile For a 1 person playthrough, I think you will find that Willpower and Bodybuilding, as well as Lone Wolf and Glass Cannon are must haves.

Also the better of the two skeletal summons seems like it could help out immensely smile GL!

I don't like breaking the rules but I did want to balance things out according to the game's philosophy by adding a talent for a one character playthrough.

Mostly would do that, to have a slightly bigger amount of points for skills to invest in crafting, lore, etc and enjoy a rich playthrough that one would enjoy with 2 characters.

Willpower and bodybuilding affect the chances you will be affected by status effects if I am not mistaken - which I agree is a must for a solo playthrough - however a little smaller durations of effects (besides the talent) might make things more balanced out.

Anyway what I care about the most is the ability to play with one character and be able to use almost as many "secondary" skills as you can use with 2 and have just a small edge compared to one of the characters in the 2 char playthrough to also "justify" this playthrough to myself without feeling gimped.

In a few words, I surely am interested in a challenge but I want the (great) Lone wolf philosophy applied in a one char playthrough as well and since it doesn't exist in the game I would like to add it myself if possible.

Playing "solo" is a piece of cake. Try this... one character be your "crafter" and the other character be your adventurer.

You'll be pleasantly surprised by the results..
