Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues [BUG] Character gender flagged incorrectly.

I got a save-game where both my main characters are female, but the game seems to have flagged one of them as male. NPC AI's approach it as if it were a male character.
For example when I speak to Kelvania in the market she tells me to back off, telling me I'm a testosterone-addled lecher and refusing to speak with me. This only affects one of the characters, the other is working as intended.

That is a known issue. Similarly, later in the game Bellegar treats a male character as female (unless fixed in a recent update).

Do you know if this is a issue that's generated on character creation or just some random occurrence? Like should I start a new character to try and fix it, or should a patch solve it for my save-game?

Edit: May I also take this opportunity to suggest having a sticky that lists currently known issues? Would ease off some of the "it's a known issue" replies

It is constant/universal, and will be fixed in an future update (no ETA).

A sticky topic would probably cut down on some of the duplicate reports...

It's all very confusing...

That should be fixed in the current version, at least. I'm not sure what update first included the fix, but it works properly here in a game started in 1.0.177.
