Two instances of enemies being surprisingly underlevelled
-During the Cassandra fight, two of her summons are level 8, whereas the other three are level 18.
-Also, Cassandra herself isn't a boss (possibly intended?)
-When fighting Watchful Eyes, they occassionally summon level 4 "Cyclops Shamans". Other summons are level 17.
