From today the game doesn't need the file english.xml - if I delete it, the game run fine. Why? If you dont' want to make an official Italian localization is ok... But why you have to complicate the life of the amatorial translators? Yesterday I tested the game with my unfinished translation and worked fine.. now, nothing! Only english... Can you please, Larian, give me an answer? Thank you so much for your great game. Cheers

maybe the patch overwrote your translation?

Obviously not... I even tried to delete the english.xml and it works... now the game take the strings from the .pak but translate the .lsb files is SO much harder...

Ascolta, ho appena testato traducendo una parola ed in effeti mi compare in italiano nell'inventario,forse stai usando il file pre patch, non vorrei tu fossi costretto a ricopiarlo ogni patch senno non finisci piu...comunque prova a convalidare la chache del gioco..

Ma che versione del gioco hai? Assurdo.. è due settimane che traduco e non mi ha mai dato problemi... sinceramente non capisco.. procedo come ho sempre fatto... apro steam, vedo se ci sono aggiornamenti, sovrascrivo english.xml e mi rimane in inglese...
Ho anche convalidato la cache.. nulla di fatto...

Ho notato che prendendo il file post-patch e modificandolo me lo mette in ITA... è assurdo... i file sono identici.. non c'è modifica alcuna alle linee.. mi tocca copiare riga per riga... anche facendo seleziona tutto e copiando tutto il teso all'interno non va... devo capire come fa a capire la differenza tra i file...

I have the same problem with translation into Czech (Czech Republic).
We are a small country, for us, nobody ever does not translate anything.
Official distributors translated rejected. It only remains for us amateur translators.
Why are you changing files and destroying the chance to translate the game to those who do not know how a foreign language?
If you read these posts, you noticed that you are complaining about Italians, Spaniards, Russians and other countries ... but you might expect that the entire planet speaks excellent English?
