What is the Critical Chance? If there is maximum value.

I just hired henchman ranger and he is weak. Low damage and etc. One handed warrior is even better lol...

So, maybe if i put max points to Perception and find some good gear they will have big change for critical. With 15 in Perception it will be about 20%. It is possible to have about 50%?
