It is possible to do backstab and sneak attack with skills?
Daggers Drawn,Lacerate and etc...

I know that they do different % damage but i hope, that it can use backstab and attack from steak bonus.

I think they do get the bonus for "Guerilla" if done from stealth. Backstab is a separate 'power' though, I believe, and cannot be combined.

they don't, backstab is just crit. You can do this with very class, just learn the backstab talent
