I was wondering what the difference is between say Jahan and a henchman mage. Do they keep the equipment you give them when you send them back? Do they gain experience or just autolevel to your current level when you hire them?
I was trying to figure out how to raise crafting to usable skill and realized I could just hire someone for it, but if they are going to scamper off with all my hard gathered bones....
