DOS used to work in beta and after release on my nice laptop but the latest two updates crash the game to desktop on start-up. All I get now is a black screen with the cursor and intermittent bits of sound until the CTD. I emptied the DOS content in the Steam and Documents folder before re-installing. No luck.
Do I have to force some kind of 64-bit installation?
Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
