I've been playing for a while and have collected a bunch of elemental Arrows for my ranger level 11. I noticed that the arrows damage hasn't been increasing at all. it still says the 25-30(random element) damage. is there a way to increase the damage of those arrows? or is it bugged and the description doesn't change?

How much damage are you actually doing with them in combat?
It might be modified by your bow's stats, and your Bow skill.

I normally only use them if I know the enemy is weak against it or to set up a chain reaction, but ya when I use say a poison arrow on a normal enemy it does like 30 when normal bow does 50-60(it's got a high piercing and low water damage on it)

They do a % value of your weapon damage. e.g. I think water arrow is 40%. Auto-attack will always do more base damage. Use them against vulnerable enemies, or to debuff / area control / set up combos.

Special arrows are pretty much only good for crowd control, debuffing and negative status effects. Explosive arrows are good for igniting oil and poison. Use regular arrows for damage.

Honestly I feel like it's more balanced that way. Creates a tradeoff between damage and cc.

Course it just makes mages themselves even more OP in comparison, imo, but that's another topic.
