I have never played divinity previous story, well I have finished DKS + fOV three years ago, the story really great(once again LOL I never know there was a forum for this game)..........

BTW is there someone who want share the story from divinity game starting story?

also I still confuse about the truth, lucian was killed by a dragon knight or damian cast spell to make him become prisoner in hall of echoes

can someone sum up the story

Lucian was captured and imprisoned (in the Plane of Hypnerotomachia), but everyone assumed he was killed by a dragon knight.

I see, I take it for the real what happened Lucian and Zandalor was managed kill Ygerna at that event (that only Ygerna's memory when our hero enter and kill all of them but it's not real happened, it's just requirement for resurrect Ygerna)

as for it black ring spread a lie to everyone Lucian was killed by dragon knight, actually he was captured but when and how? was that when Zandalor not stick with lucian? I don't think damian can beat both of them since Zandalor is arcmage and Lucian is Divine...............

The fight in the Hall of Echoes was just a memory. The end of the game, though, you do kill Ygerna yourself. Presumably then Zandalor and the mage that was helping with the rifts in the ministry were able to rescue Lucian, or the fact they Ygerna was killed weakened the prison enough he could escape himself.

The game didn't really go into a lot of detail about the supposed murder. I think Damian managed to corrupt a dragon knight and get him to attack Lucian during a battle, and in the confusion used magic to capture him. People saw the effect of the magic, and the Divine One no longer there (and presumably not found by mages), so he was thought dead.

Ygerna was trapped in the memory of her execution. By entering and altering those events you are able to release her from the Hall of Echoes.

Zandalor wanted to resurrect Ygerna because he thought doing so would kill Damian (since they were soul forged together just after she died).

So I take it for what real happened that Lucian managed kill Ygerna at that event and Ygerna's soul was trapped in the memory of her execution + Lucian was captured in another time and Black Ring spread the lies about dragon knight who kill divine

Correct. Ygerna was executed for helping with her father's necromancy experiments for the Black Ring. Damian walked in just as she was killed, and was able to perform a soul forge and escape.

Then the story was related according through the story game that explain why Ygerna need our hero since only dragon (and his servant dragon knight) can enter hall of echoes

also I take it for willy is more sacred than neddleman since neddleman can get into Lovis tower but my calculation he was run away from damian's army attack then step on teleporter that our hero already give it correct password but willy, LOL I remember the most funny moment I think, when you close for end of game FOV, you choose for free bherlin then suddenly (even behrlin didn't see that coming) Willy comes to us and then start little chit chat that make me laugh so hard LOL really although this little liar bastard but how can he get there? I want to admit that LARIAN really great about this too LOL yeah he was really happy and get his proud asking for ladies for becoming rich as behrlin will pay for 300 years rent (he really didn't get the situation) + what makes more funny is berhlins with patient answer about willy statement that he don't have gold to pay but will give another present LOL


but what real happened to Maxos? all I know, he was managed to enter hall of echoes and then disappeared after that?

In the conversation with Patriarch, he implies that Maxos' visit to the Hall of Echoes didn't go as planned, but it was never explained exactly what happened.

you mean it's just like accident perhaps? Or maybe maxos just got what Lucian experience, become prisoner in planethyprocrotia?

He could be trapped somewhere, I guess. That way Larian could bring him back for another game, if they wanted to.

yeah the story really make me curious, I already know about dragon commander and original sin, both of them looks great too, my friend (neighbor) already bought it(I didn't said it bad or something like that) but I really like divinity 2 than them, gameplay with free camera, I can see freely our character body + face + anything.

I really hope divinity 3 still just like divinity 2 gameplay yeah maybe with more better + really hope Larian fix bug for their later game.

Yes, I hope Larian continues with the dragon knight concept, even if it isn't part of Divinity 3.

with dragon knight concept surely it will great but I don't push them just like divinity 2 story with good main character as dragon knight but at least their game play should just like divinity 2

I really like divinity 2 armor too, yeah that rogue set armor really hot + sexy when it comes to woman (since my hero is female) when complete mission on orobas fjord I always use rogue set armor

when on aleroth sometimes I use champion armor LOL and when final quest especially start on attack ruined broken valey + their flying fortress + FOV I use noble set armor because I think noble set armor is real dragon knight armor

with free camera that makes it perfect to explore our hero part body with variable armor
