i have found out in the underground sewers of ars magicana the hidden depot of tingalf.or is the right one..because after that. the quest is still unsolve..

Ok, did Tingalf give you the tip that the new lair was nearby? If so, just talk to Lt. Robin, the guy standing near Blake's house in Ars Magicana.
