Ok, I got two bows.

1st bow:
Bow of HILFIN
Charm: 5
Damage: 58-149
8 to agi
2 to offense
2 to sight
speed: 6
Recovery time: 0 sec
value:10k

2nd bow:
Bow of HILFIN
Charm: 5
Damage: 58-149
10 to agi
2 to offense
5 to sight
speed: 2
Recovery time: 1 sec
Durability: 10
value: 15k

Durability of 10 will be a pain in long run because I have to repair it often.
I am not sure if extra 2 to agi is a factor that gives it more money...

Anyway, has anyone come up with a better bow than mine before hitting the gong? I appreciated if you can tell me how you got your best bow.

Dispite the low durability, i would go for the second one. Extra agility is very good, spetially if you use bows.

Get a few lvl of repair and it will be fine. Lvl 3 fe gives you 60% repair.

And i think it is indeed the extra agility that gives it the high price.

If the durability is the only thing worring you, I would agree with joliekiller.
5 charms slots are great, find some charms and enjoy, one thing wait for the 'large' charms before adding any.

I'd say the second one. While it has a minutely higher Recuperation Time, your accuracy with it will be a higher with the higher Agility bonus. And Sight is always fun!

No, at least not that I have ever heard tell of. Poison Arrow gives a similar effect, though not as over-powered.
