Divine eye is so crappy that wizard eye is 1000 times better. Thank god that I save my game before spending a pt on that useless skill. I cast it. I lead it to black area...the eye does not clear fog of war...

Translocation is good but you can't go there if there is an object blocking your view.

The only good divine skill is divine death. Lvl 5 divine death is so powerful that I don't cast it because it ruines the game. I only cast it on dragon riders and imp cheiften. This skill totally replace all skills except curse and freeze. Two or three lvl 5 curse and one lvl 5 divine death is unbeatable combo.

The other divine skills are medicore...hell spike and deadly disc are ten times better than those skills.

Is it me or wasteland is a crappy map? The monsters aren't hard at all. All you need is one or two revived dragon riders to help you. Without the dragon rider, you still can kill them with hell spike. I shouldn't learn arrow skills because hell spike is ten times better than them. Using a bow is obsolete now...hellspike is my main attack spell...Right now I am trying to get the right gold charms from merchant.

Several people liked one or more of the divine skills, but most were not particularly impressed.
The publisher rushed the completion of the game, so the wastelands ended up being mostly hack-and-slash. It is also easy, but that started half way through the game. Riftrunner should be much better balanced, and I believe the Larians said they did the ending first, so couldn't end up in the same situation (plus, CDV is no longer the publisher, and the new ones are hopefully better).

I haven't been to the wastelands yet but I have to admit the game does have serious balance issues: by now (at level 40) most monsters bore me nearly to death - and then you run into Josephina... Bored one moment, dead the next! Taking her out took something like 30 white potions! Somehow that can't be normal, can it?

Or maybe that's the developers' idea of joke. "They'll have it easy -- until they run into Josephina! Ha, see how they fare then!"

Bloody hell. The Demon of Lies was easier than the female dog was.
