Is there any way we can get the names of the waypoints into the tooltips on the map?

It's a bit annoying you always have to travel a bit at random to find the "right" portal you wanted to jump out of...

You can add your own POIs on the map. Sure doing this automatically would be a cleaner solution, but the workaround is relatively easy to do.

I totally do not want to have to do that, at least not for fundamental stuff as Waypoints. For basically everything else (named characters, shops, whatever) adding that information by hand is fine.

I'd also quite like automatically named waypoints and "significant locations". I'm happy to admit I'm far, far too disorganised to do it myself: that's what computers are for. laugh

I would love to see it also. I swear it seems like it takes me two or three tries to get where I want to go anymore.

What I REALLY want is to be able to just view the map, double click the gate icon, and zoom right there. I keep doing this anyway forgetting that it doesn't work that way in this game.

Yes, names for waypoint portals on the map would be really great!

Someone else made the suggestion in another thread - and I agree - that having tabs to divide the zones up on the portal list would make it much simpler to find a location, rather than scrolling down through multiple listings on a single page. Not so bad when you're just in Cyseal, but even by mid-game it gets rather tedious.

Also (from the same suggestion), make the End of Time the first on the list, since it's most likely you'll return there more often than anywhere else.

Maybe someone can mod this in, using a system akin to the one in the inventory window.
