Hello, patch in Russian language in the news came out, but I haven't updated and under no Russian languages. I have a gift copy of the game. What to do ? The patch should be out at all or only in a Russian region ? And how determines the Russian region or not, I live in Moscow, but apparently your copy of the gift does not see it. What do I do ?

I have same issue, but i think i know what can cause it. Apparently gifted copies (from kickstarter) belong to ROW version, whereas only RU/CIS was patched.

For the French version there was a one day delay before gifted copies of the game updated (they didn't have a Language tab in Steam in order to switch). Hopefully the issue with the Russian version will be fixed soon.

What is ROW ? What this term means ? And what are the terms RU/CIS ?

ROW mean Rest Of World, steam usually have cheap ru version and rest of world with higher price. Time to time developers also lock russian version in multiplayer ghetto.

Those who have a gift copy of the game. Russian language appeared in the properties of the game.
