Sorry for posting it on general, but Help forum is spammed to death and apparently isn't moderated or cleaned up at all.

I finished the Kitty Love quest and the kitties ran off... somewhere. Then I found Sam's previous owner, and something tells me that I should talk to Sam about it. I went back to the King Crab, but Sam isn't there and neither he nor Maxine are in the City Hall.

Where did the cats go off to? Are they permanently gone now, will they return after some time or are they just making a love nest somewhere in Cyseal I haven't found yet?

he returns to the tavern with maxine, try to change the map maybe it will reset something

They usually hang out near the crime scene room in the tavern after they're together, and not at the original spot you first met Sam at.
