Where exactly is the barracks teleporter? I have searched all over and don't see it. And how do I get the lizard teleporter activation scroll? I am very far in the game and Goemoe is already in the Council of Seven so can I still get it or does it even matter at this point?

Try to look in in-game map by pressing A button and zoom to closest and try to fing the teleporter that way..

The lizard scroll is only used for one location, the Verdistis sewers, so don't sweat it.

And it also must be used in Verdistis or am I wrong?? I don't remember...

For the one in Verdistis you need the "human" scroll.
