Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Teleporters no longer work

Sometime after I entered the dwarven halls my teleporters stopped working. A glitch or am I supposed to solve a quest for this? All I got was a message saying that
"strangely, they do not work anymore...". I have one with me and one is at Aleroth
but I no longer have the option to drop and use. Any ideas?

It depens, did you enter stormfist castle recently? You teleporters are taken away and if you didnt have them with you or not both of them, they dont work no longer. You can get them back later though.

If its not that, try reloding or deleting the files in /divinty/run/dynamic forlder.

I think he ment the teleporters that are [color:"red"]"awakened"[/color] with scrolls... U can get the teleporters back later if u have gone into Stormfist Castle and the imp has taken them from u... I never got the teleporters back
but I found another Teleporter Stones in the near middle of the beginning area of Wastelands... But they were Ancient Stones...

You could have gotten the teleporter stones back after rescuing Zandalor.

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried not entering the castle with the pyramids, thereby thwarting the guy who steals them? I considered it, but was afraid I'd break a quest.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif" alt="" />

Yes, some gamers did and their teleporters didn't work afterwards or vanished - some even had probs to get them back from the imp: only one or none. But you can regain them in any case in the Wastelands: Ancient pyramids.

I did. Twice even.
Both times he showed up the first time I tried to use them afterwards, and took them anyway.
