So I am an avid PC gamer and while my computer is far from being top notch, I can run most games decently on medium to high graphics, averaging at least 30 FPS on high settings and 60+ on medium. This includes recently released games, within the last six months. However D:OS I find no matter what graphics I tweak, what settings I toy with and what resolution I run with, I am lucky if I average around 20 FPS, at best. I am wondering if there is something I can do, outside of upgrading I am working on that, to increase the frame rate to something respectable. I will list my PC components below, any advice is appreciated.
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 955 Processor, 3200 Mhz, 4 Cores,
Ram: 8 gigabytes (Im..not sure what ram it is, unfortunately, it was a gift and it was much earlier this year.)
Graphics Card: AMD HD Radeon 6570, Meets the speed and ram requirements of the rec system specs for Divinity...So I am at a total loss now.)
...Im unsure of what else to post honestly. So any suggestions there, or things that might help, again, really appreciated here. I adore the game but playing at 20 FPS or less can get kind of frustrating. Thanks in advance. I should also mention that when I ask the game to auto detect the graphic settings, it puts it at "Ultra", which doesn't really run, if you know what I mean. So I dunno if it's an issue with the game not detecting my system right or if I need to change a setting somewhere.
