I'm not sure if this happens with all party members but it did with Madora.

I had Madora her leave the party while I was in the Hall of Heroes, and she permanently disappeared.

No she wasn't in the King Crab Inn, No she wasn't in Homestead, No she didn't show up after I left and reentered the Hall Of Heroes. She was just gone altogether.

This wasn't a big deal to me because I had saved the game right before I had her leave the party, so I got her back by loading that save. Plus I had a back up save. But others may not be so lucky

If you still have the save where she disappeared, please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, any crash dumps, and your saved games. To reduce file size, you can delete all the saves except the one just before dismissing her and the one where she disappeared.
