There is a house to the east of rivertown market, in there is a letter and a few useless things, what's the letter for? Or is this an object with no purpose?

The house is east of Ars Magicana, and maybe a little south IIRC (not the doctor's house).
The letter... ~~[color:"#27384A"]is a reference to Romeo and Juliet.[/color]~~ (highlight the text to read)

um raze, u can see the text without highlighting it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />. mabee a lighter colour is needed?

With that colour I can see that there is text there, but it is rather difficult to read at arms length.

I think the second row is dark enough to indicate there is text there, while being more difficult to read without highlighting it.

duh--- i hate to show my ignorance, but what is an Easter egg? every time i see it mentioned i make all sorts of wild guesses (to myself) but now i give up and ask for the benefit of the superior knowledge of the forum <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/question.gif" alt="" />

It's... hm... something hidden... something extra in the game.
Something that's normally not part of the typical storyline and quests.

Thx so much for ur fast reply. i looked up the easter egg and runes article posted by Kiya, after i asked for clarification of easter egg, and realized a lot of work has been done by many ppl exploring those secret places. in other words, a person should read as many help sources as possible before asking dumb questions, that have already been answered. The RGB values for the forum background are (55,72,90), or hex #3A495A. The second row text colour is -5 to each RGV value, converted to a hex value of #304154. The colour of the lighter HTML table is +10 to the RGB values. If you like any of the other colours, 'Quote' that post in a reply to see them. ;)
