I am in the Faery land and finished freeing the Ice Witch. It seems all the chests in this zone(Boreas Treasure room, Prison, etc) give you low level items(between L3-5 which you can ID with 1 point in Loremaster) while the party at this point should be around level 12 and 13. This means all items found are worthless aside from the value of gold sales you do.
TLDR: Loot table for chests in land of Faery set to 1-5 rather than 10-15. This should be an easy fix.
