This time, I got Level 5 and none of my characters gained attribute points, just skill points... I've done two or three things after getting level because I intended to distribute my points later on... ofc nothing can be done about it and i'll be forced to move on weaker.


Edited: I've already lost 1 attribute point for each of my companion because I was level 3 when I decided to hire them, so they lost the attribute point of level 2. Now they'll have -2 Attribute Points, that's awesome.

Luckily I found an Autosave File right before my level up to 5, that's the proof that I didn't get attribute points in any of my characters.


This game shouldn't been released with so many bugs and errors, that's my humble opinion.

You do not necessarily get an attribute point or skill points with every level-up. There is a certain pattern to when you get which points but it is not very obvious.

Your companions - Madora and Jahan - always start at level 3 as far as I know (at least when you are still low level, they might level up when you decide to hire them at level 10 or so but I am not sure how it works). Anyway, when you are in Cyseal for the first time they are always level 3 - no matter whether you hire them at level 2 or 3.

By my "companion" I meant henchmen, I got them both at Hall of Heroes.
