So it ends with the void dragon dying, although you can't continue from after you kill the dragon, so that sucks frown.

Also, does the end foreshadow a possible dlc and/or sequel? Maybe we can kill the evil gods laugh

Not I personally mind, but you should probably either add spoiler tags in your post, or edit the topic name and mention end-game spoilers.

I was going to, but knowing that you defeat the __________ shouldn't really be a spoiler. Saying that there's foreshadowing, I think isn't a spoiler either, but if you guys say so. Everything I said, I thought was rather generic and obvious.

It's like saying Frodo in LOTR will eventually made it to Mordor and destroyed the ring. Kind of like everyone knows how it's going to end, it's just the in between that's not as obvious.

Well, except Frodo DIDN'T destroy the ring. He tried to keep it, Gollum bit his finger off, and then fell into lava holding his 'precious'.

It's not that the good guys win. It's how the good guys win.

Although I absolutely love how the first three games tie into eachother.

Beat DD, the protagonist decides to keep the damned one. Beat BD, the protagonist releases the damned one from imprisonment. Beat Div2: ED, and the protagonist releases the damned one's lover from the prison of... death. Beat Div2's expansion and you kill off his lover for good. While it's not stated, you can easily assume that at the end of DKS, Damien is utterly pissed and is totally going to unleash hell upon the world.

I don't find it too far-fetched that beating D:OS comes with some consequences. Now, I just have to get to beating it to see just how, but I'm pretty adamant about getting my engraving tools first :s.

Unless otherwise specified, just an opinion or simple curiosity.
