i have found the dragon heart though when i fight the people to get the gem i am unable to kill them some usful tips plz?

If you approach slowly, you can draw off all the weaker enemies, then go in for the dragon rider by himself. What class are you? For a warrior, Stun works well once you start whacking. For a mage, survivor's Curse a few time then an elemental attack works well. For a survivor, scorpion traps will take out anything.

I opened the dorr and entered a few steps. The lizards came one by one, I killed them with meteorstrike - saw on the minimap where the dragon rider was and avoided him. Went into the south part of the room and waited for the lizards again. Then when Rak-Sheen was solo - I used Elemental Hail. this is a more patient approach = enemies come to me, not I to them.
