Whenever I go back to add to a previously painted layer I get endless 'attempted to read or write protected memory' errors.
The data paths are correct and its not a bug to do with the placement of the AI folder.

I dont think i've ever had an instance of using the editor where i didn't get that message in the error log. literally every time. Fortunately for me, i just ignore it and everything works.

I'm getting similar problems. Plus read-write of memory error spam. I see these weird squares of textures that if I try to paint over crash my game. And then some squares of areas seem unpaintable. I tried regenerating my ai grid and then I could paint at a couple spots that had been crashing before, but then it crashed again. Really annoying. And right after I finally got some basic scripts working >.<
Have lots of people had this problem? Definitely still a really unstable editor

Have lots of people had this problem? Definitely still a really unstable editor I had it for a week or so (both terrain painting freeze-ups and the error spam). And, a few days ago, it just went away for no fathomable reason. Which isn't very helpful information at all, except perhaps to highlight how uncertain and fickle the issue is. :p

Happens to me all the time too: And I am done with modding this game until they fix this errors and make it more user friendly like removing the need to copy files from somewhere into your mod etc..
