Lightning Storm is either bugged, or very underwhelming: the three times I've cast it, there's only been one or two bolts even when there's twelve entities in its radius. Even if they all targeted me I'd be happier, but as it is it's very lackluster compared to Meteor Storm or Hail Storm.
